**1. Billing and Payment**

- Our lesson bundles are billed on a monthly basis, and the fees include 9% Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT will be clearly specified in your monthly invoice.

**2. Lesson Cancellations and Rescheduling**

- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel a lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Canceled lessons can be rescheduled within the same month, allowing for flexibility to accommodate your schedule.

**3. Make-Up Lessons**

- Make-up lessons will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time for both the student and the instructor. We strive to ensure that you receive the full value of your lessons.

**4. Monthly Billing Cycle**

- Our monthly billing cycle begins on the date of your first lesson. You will receive an invoice at the start of each month for the upcoming lessons.

**5. VAT Invoices**

- All invoices provided by Joel's Private Bass Guitar Lessons will clearly indicate the 9% VAT amount for your records.
