Joel Feldtmann Svedberg is a Bass Guitar player from Stockholm. He started playing bass at age 8 with a tradition in classical music but switched to jazz at an early age, In Highschool he studied for Robert Sundin at Södra Latins Jazz Department graduating in 2015. Later he graduated RML (Rock Musiker Linjen) 2017 in Stockholm and then moved to Skurup in the south of Sweden to study at Skurup Folkhögskola gratuating 2018, After that he worked as a Booking Agent in Malmö for two years followed by a degree in Mixing, Mastering and Sound Design in Copenhagen graduating in 2020 followed by a move to Amsterdam to study at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam At the Jazz Department.

BIRDS EYE BEATS is an experiment to bridge between Live Sessions and Production, where a guest is invited to the session and sounds and samples are added in post production. The reason why this is created is to highlight the odd and unique aspects of groove based music, and the wonders of monophonic instruments. The inspiration stems from producers such as Madlib, J Dilla, Gang starr and much more.
